The Crucible Blog 2: 9/16/11

Why does Abigail “admit” that Tituba and Ruth were conjuring spirits? Why is Abigail afraid the others will confess what they were doing in the woods? How does Abigail treat the other girls? How does she treat her uncle?

Abigail admits that Tituba and Ruth are conjuring spirits to take the blame off of her. She is rude towards the other girls and towards her uncle.

She admits that Tituba and Ruth were conjuring spirits because she is trying to accuse them of witchcraft. She is afraid others will admit what they are doing because they may tell what she was doing too. She threatens the other girls. Shae lies to her uncle.

She admits that they were conjuring spirits because the lady says she had them do it so they could talk to her dead children. They are getting worried all of them are going to get accused as being witches. She treats the other girls mean and her uncle good.

She admits to them conjuring spirits to kinda hide, or cover up the whole story. She's afraid that they will confess to her drinking blood in the woods. She boss's the other girls around and to her uncle she acts all sweet and innocent.

She admits it because she wanted them to take the blame and not her. She is afraid because then she would get hung for witchcraft. She treats her uncle with kindness because he has given her a home to live in.

Abigail addmited to her uncle that Tituba and Ruth were conjuring spirits. Because she did not want him to know she was involved and what they were doing. Because then he will know she wants to kill an older mans wife so that they can be together. She treats them like crap. She said if they tell then she will kill them. She treats her uncle like royalty.

So she doesn't get in trouble and the attention turns away from her. Because the other thing they were doing wasn't allowed either. She treats them like she is better than them. She acts like she respects him but really she doesn't.

She admits that they were so the blame wouldn't be on her anymore. She is afraid because she doesn't want all of them to be accused of being witches. She's really mean to the other girls and she lies to her uncle but she's nice to him.

Abigail is afraid that they are going to tell on them because of the remarks they are making. Abigail treats the other girls bad, she threatens them if they tell on her. She doesn't treat her uncle very well either.

she admits it because those people already know. Abigail is afraid because she will possibly get hung for it. Abigail treats the other girls like slaves, in other words complete crap. She treats her uncle like she has done nothing wrong and she is a good girl when she's not

Abigail admits that that they were conjuring up spirits because Mrs.Putnum sent Ruth to Tibuta to talk to her dead children to find out who was killing them. She is afraid because she doesn't want people to find out what she is doing and get in trouble. Abigail treats the other girls very badly. She treats her uncle nice because she doesn't want him to find out what she is doing and make him think she is bad.

Abigail admits that Tituba and Ruth were conjuring spirits because she did not want to get in trouble. It would take the blame off of her. She was nervous about them telling on her for drinking the blood. She is nice to her uncle but not to the other girls.
